An engineer attends your property with pumping, jetting, and containment gear, since scenarios vary widely. We match the equipment to the situation you described.
On arrival, we secure the affected area and isolate the drainage failure where possible. We then start removing standing water or sewage to limit damage.
We diagnose the root cause, then carry out the most effective repair. This could mean clearing blockages, patching failures, or arranging follow-up work.
When the emergency ends, we provide a written summary. If you need further repairs, we schedule them at a time that suits you.
We prioritise your enquiry and discuss timing with you when we reply. The engineer brings the right gear to contain the problem and protect your home from more damage.
